Welcome to Lux Paths. By accessing and using our app, website, via telephone or email, you the customer agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transportation services and ancillary services provided by Lux Paths, across all countries and territories where we operate.

1. Booking and Payment:

• ELIGIBILITY: By making a booking with Lux Paths, you confirm that you are 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use our services in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
• BOOKING PROCESS: You can place your booking through our app, website, via telephone or email. At the time of booking, you must provide full and accurate contact details, including your full name, contact number, and email address.
• PAYMENT: All bookings must be paid in euros (€). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• HOURLY NOTE: Hourly tour hires are limited kilometers within central area of each country and do NOT include airport transfers. 
• AIRPORT PARKING: All airport parking, cities and drop off fees are included in the price, NO additional charges apply.
• FREE WAITING TIME: 60 Minutes at Airports and 15 Minutes for all address “A” To “B”.

• Minimum Hours In Advance For Reservations: 4 hours {FOR ASAP BOOKINGS PLEASE CHAT WITH US 24/7}
• Minimum Hours – Hourly Hire 3 hours
• Maximum Hours – Hourly Hire 24 hours 

2. Private Transfers Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund 100%.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost. This fee compensates for the allocated resources.
• How to Cancel: To cancel a booking, please contact our customer service team via the contact details provided on our website or altenative you can cancel in the app with a time frame 12 hours before your service time.

• • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your private jet charter booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight time.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost.
• WE OPERATE: Monday–Sunday 24/7

• Our services are charged based on distance traveled, with rates calculated per kilometer. Rates vary according to the vehicle class and specific service requested.
• All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to change based on operational costs, but any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed unless extra stops or additional transfer required.
• Additional charges may apply for services requested outside of standard hours, on public holidays or for special requests.

4. Service Operation:

• International Service: Lux Paths operates internationally, offering transportation services across various countries. Service availability may vary by location.
• Vehicle Types: We offer a range of vehicle classes to cater to different preferences and needs. Vehicle availability may vary based on location and demand:

• LUXURY: Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7 & 7 series {Range Rover or Tesla X Upon request}
• XL / SUVs: Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito,
• EXECUTIVE: Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 series, Tesla S
• MINIBUS: Mercedes Sprinter’s 12-19 seater vehicles
• STANDARD BUSINESS {economy option}: Kia, MG, Toyota, Renault, Ford Vehicle availability may vary based on location and demand.

5. Luggage Capacity:

• General Capacity: The luggage capacity varies by the type of vehicle selected. We request that you inform us at the time of booking about the number and size of luggage pieces to ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned for your comfort and convenience.
• Specific Limits: For standard sedans, a maximum of two large suitcases and two carry-ons is typical. Vans and larger vehicles can accommodate more luggage, suitable for groups or travelers with additional gear.
• Excess Luggage: If a customer arrives with more luggage than is allowed based on our booking policies, an alternative vehicle may be required to accommodate the extra luggage. In such cases, additional charges will apply for the provision of the alternative vehicle.
• Special Items: If traveling with oversized items (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments), please notify us in advance so we can make necessary accommodations. Additional charges may apply for special luggage requirements.
• Responsibility: While we handle all luggage with care, Lux Paths cannot be held liable for any damage to or loss of luggage during transit. We encourage customers to ensure their belongings for peace of mind.

5. User Conduct:

• Users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe on the safety or comfort of our drivers.
• Lux Paths reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride without refund if a user behaves in a manner that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

6. Liability:

• Lux Paths endeavors to provide a safe and comfortable service to all users. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury sustained by users or their belongings during the use of our services, except to the extent that such loss or damage is directly caused by our negligence.

7. Privacy Policy:

• We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Your information will only be used to facilitate your booking and improve our services. We will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

• Lux Paths reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you accept and agree to the revised terms.
