OPERATIONS – Always give our chauffeurs pick up and return details of the trip in advance even it’s an asap journey.

JOB OFFERS – All of our journeys are pre booked but we also started to have asap trips. We will dispatch journeys to all chauffeurs through their PDAs or via a whats app group. The office will make sure you are fully set up and able to receive and accept journeys when you join the company. Journey offers are sent out the day before and you are able to accept the jobs of interest by simply replying back on the WhatsApp group or office telephone number .

(Please be aware you can ONLY reply (YES) TO ACCEPT A JOURNEY in the WhatsApp group)

PRICING – The prices offered for jobs can vary daily. We work with various providers/partnerships who offer us different rates so pricing will always vary from route to route. You may also see some price variation due to non-availability or low demand and we may raise fares through our company for the same reasons. The job offers seen on WhatsApp group are the prices we are paying net to our chauffeur’s.

COMMISSION – Please be aware that for private journeys through our office we take a 20% commission (The job offers seen on WhatsApp group are the prices we are paying net to our chauffeur’s),  statements are produced weekly. Please be aware we include 60 minutes car park in all our prices.

STATEMENTS– You will be sent a statement breakdown weekly along with your journeys you have completed and the total amount payable. You will be asked to provide your bank details when your account is ready by our  accounts team.

PAYMENTS – (Weekly Payments) When you complete a ride between Monday to Sunday you will be paid on the following Thursday directly into your preferred bank account for the previous journeys Monday to Sunday.

PROCEDURES

VEHICLES – You will be asked to send over pictures of your vehicle when you join. We expect your vehicle always to be in immaculate condition and have a vehicle wash twice a week inside and out.

DRESS CODE – Our chauffeurs need to wear always a plain white shirt (no patterns) dressed immaculately in black or blue suit with a tie and black polished shoes. We expect you to be well groomed and clean and tidy at all times.

MEET AND GREET – All of our jobs will be meet and greet serviced. Please use a white board or IPAD to write the customers name on. We expect all chauffeurs to have a board or an ipad in order for work. Paper is accepted as long as its laminated with our name LUX PATHS.

SERVICE – All chauffeurs must make sure you include –

Bottle of water, WiFi, tissues antiseptics and mobile chargers. Newspapers upon request. Also make sure to provide a child and booster seats for family airport rides when it’s requested on the journey.

TRACKING FLIGHTS –

IT IS THE DRIVERS RESPONSIBILTY TO TRACK THE FLIGHTS AT ALL TIMES

AIRPORT WAITING TIMES

Flights – You need to be tracking the flights 2HOURS prior to flight arrival time. You then need to make sure you are INSIDE the terminal 25 minutes after landing time. You then need to wait for 30 minutes inside the terminal for the customer. If the customer does not come out in this time frame you need to make sure you call the office immediately and let the controller know your car park has gone over 30 minutes. The office will then contact the passengers or the partnerships and inform them about the car park.

WAITING TIME – Waiting time will start 1 hour after flight landing time

CHARGES – (We charge around 30-40 POUNDS PER HOUR for airport waiting time )

The controller will ether ask –

To collect the extra money from the passengers or controller will charge the extra charge automatically to the customer account.

The contractors will add this to the total fare to be paid into your account on next payment date.

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU DO NOT LET THE OFFICE KNOW JUST BEFORE THE WAITING TIME/CAR PARK IS OVER THE MONEY WONT BE ABLE TO BE PAID.

REVIEWS- Please be aware that a good quality of service is something in which we take very seriously. Please be reminded that every job will be scored out of 5. Chauffeurs which are continuously scoring low scores will be let go and won’t be allowed to continue to working with Lux Paths.

FINES FOR LATENESS OR GIVING JOBS BACK

Please be aware that contractors will fine us for chauffeurs who do the following –

1) Chauffeurs arrive late – (late constitutes not being inside the airport after landing at the stipulated times as listed above). This also means late to non-airport pick up address locations too.

2) Chauffeurs who accept work and give it back- there may be a fine in order for the extra cost to reallocate the job to another partner and or last-minute driver due to non-availability.

3) Rude/unhelpful to passengers

4) Asks the customers to pay cash without permission from the office

Please be aware we know that chauffeurs can run late from time to time due to traffic, however if you are a non-PDA driver it is your responsibility to inform the office in good time. This means giving at least 1 hour notice if your estimated time of arrival is later than the time required for the job.

FINES- You will be fined in accordance to the contractors reasoning, this can vary from 25 % TO 150 % of a booking and can also include alternative luxury taxi costs. Please be aware all complaint evidence will be shared with the driver, along with the fine.

If a contractor or customer doesn’t fine or complain for a lateness, we will not fine chauffeurs.
